Meet the Executive Director,
Rene Buck

Rene Buck is a leader with 20 years of experience in senior living and a background in hospitality in the USA and Switzerland. A proud U.S. citizen, he graduated from the Swiss Hotel & Restaurant Management School in Lucerne.

Rene values honesty, respect, and humor in daily life, and he enjoys serving seniors. He is also a tennis enthusiast, hailing from the same region as Roger Federer.

His spouse, Rita, a former athlete, is a Hall of Fame inductee, and their daughter, Marrita, has a six-year-old daughter, Natasha, who brings joy to their family and runs her own YouTube channel, Tashi Talks.

With daily oversight, our team can effectively coordinate activities, maintain high standards of care, and quickly address any issues that arise, thereby enhancing safety and well-being. Additionally, our team contributes to stronger relationships with residents and their families, as we can engage directly and provide reassurance.
